Canyoning with Call of the Wild as Good as in New Zealand – It’s Official!

One of the first groups of the year in 2008 was David Manley and family trying out our canyoning activity. He explained that he had heard of Cal of the Wild whilst visiting New Zealand last summer. He explained:

“Adventure activity group canyoning in WalesI recently returned from an adventure holiday in New Zealand where I went canyoning and caving and the guides over there asked me why I had come all the way to New Zealand to try canyoing when he could have done it with Call of the Wild in the Brecon Beacons National Park. When back I booked a day canyoning with Call of the Wild as a joint birthday present for my father and brother. The scenery was every bit as good and the activity just as exciting (and wet!). In future I’ll contact Call of the Wild before choosing to fly to the other side of the world!”

Mackenzie Crook Filming with Call of the Wild

Mackenzie Crook of “Pirates of the the Caribbean” and “The Office” Fame Filming with Call of the Wild

Actor Mackenzie Crook from Pirates of the Caribbean with Call of the Wild shooting current film. This week Mackenzie Crook has been filming his latest movie with Call of the Wild in South Wales. Although it was only one scene, it involved him jumping off a waterfall into a pool whilst being chased. Call of the Wild suggested the venues, oversaw the safety and provided a stunt double for Mackenzie.

The stunt went well with Mackenzie being confident enough to try it himself after Call of the Wild had completed the jump. He was a very nice fellow and is welcome back anytime.
