Customer Satisfaction Levels Exceed 90% For 10th Year Running
It was another great year for us in 2012. Reviews from our customers has been excellent which is important to us as we pride ourselves on delivering a quality service.
In 2012 94.1% of our customers rated their time with Adventure Britain as good or excellent in terms of their overall experience and value for money. This is the 10th year running we have exceeded 90% which we are extremely pleased with.
