It’s always rewarding to receive good feedback from our clients so we thought we’d share this feedback received last weekend from one of our groups who came on an adventure stag party weekend.
Just wanted to say a massive thanks for a hugely enjoyable and successful weekend with Call of the Wild’s Adventure Britain, every one had a fantastic time and although myself and two others in the party had experienced one of your weekends in the past and knew the high standards provided by you, everything this weekend surpassed all expectations. Canyoning in particular was incredible.
The instructors were a pure credit to the experience, very friendly and professional and a great sense of humour. Several amongst our group (including the stag himself) have (or had!) genuine life long phobias of water and/or heights and to say there was a bit of nerves and intimidation when they learned what we were doing would be a bit of an understatement, there were a few “I’m not sure if I’ll do this bit or that bit” comments etc, but the quality of instruction and knowledge and a decent dose of laughter meant every person completed every section including all the high jumps and there was a real buzz of achievement and satisfaction among everyone afterwards and I think those who conquered their fears in particular were very grateful for the outstanding quality of service.
The same can be said though of everything and everyone involved, the staff and service at Merlins, Mike who drove us to and from the events, the staff and service at quad biking and archery, there’s simply no weak link in any part of the chain. I wish I could remember more names to mention individually but basically every one we met from Call of the Wild’s Adventure Britain was pure 10/10. Every one individually has passed the same thoughts onto to me and if I’m ever in a position to be organising anything at all similar in the future then frankly I won’t waste a moment of my time looking anywhere other than Call of the Wild. I can say with 100% honesty that I don’t think I’ve ever experienced such a high level of service of any kind for such good value.
