We just wanted to share with you some excellent feedback we’ve received from people who’s visited us over the last few weeks. It’s always good to hear that our customers enjoy what we do and appreciate the hospitality shown by our staff.
I absolutely loved my caving experience! We had Phillip and a Cynan leading the caving.
I was feeling anxious about the whole thing but the way the guys lead us through it made you feel really safe but gave you the confidence to test yourself through the tight spaces in the caves. There were times when I felt claustrophobic as you would in your first caving experience but knowing if I couldn’t get through there were other ways around that Phillip and Cynan knew. So I just went for and as my confidence grew I was going first through some of the gaps.

I wanted to get in touch to say thank you so much for helping to organise a brilliant weekend. Everyone really enjoyed the canyoning – Jacob and Matthew were great guides, everything was really clear, the scenery was spectacular, and it was all great fun. We were glad we only booked one activity – everyone was pretty shattered afterwards! The hotel was perfect for our needs, and the drivers to/from the activity and Swansea were really friendly and helpful too. Thanks again for helping to sort everything and make it run so smoothly. We’d definitely recommend Call of the Wild to others.

We both had an amazing time. Thoroughly enjoyable. Zoe was amazing and patient as was Ben and they gave me loads of support. I know Allan loved it all as well. Both activities were great fun. Accommodation was totally awesome. A perfect break. Thank you.
We had a brilliant weekend thank you. I honestly couldn’t give you any constructive feedback to improve. Very well organised by yourself, easy to arrange beforehand and Mike was a superstar, making everyone incredibly welcome, and Merlin staff were great, as was the food and room. The activities were very well organised and run – with special mention to Bully who made the whole day exciting and fun with great humour. The stag and friends all said what a fantastic weekend they had.
Thank you once again. There is even talk amongst the group of returning for an annual trip so I will be in touch if that develops.
