Adventure Britain’s Activity
Call of the Wild’s Adventure Britain activity very much falls within the canyoning, river running and adventure walk descriptions set out above. Canyoning or canyoneering with Adventure Britain in the Brecon Beacons, Wales is not to be confused with the other activities such as gorge walking. Adventure Britain’s canyoning sessions are very much for the adrenaline junky! How does jumping off 20ft waterfalls sound? What about a 30ft waterfall? If this sounds appealing then give us a call because this is the activity for you.
“Most fantastic fun we’ve had for ages. Can’t stop talking about canyoning. Instructors were brilliant, excellent sense of humour and very patient. This was great value – the perfect weekend.” Connie Sutherland
What is Canyoning with Adventure Britain?
The best way of describing our canyoning activity is white water rafting but without the raft. With our guides, you descend a stunning steep sided gorge by various ways and means. This can involve sliding down rapids, swimming down rapids, floating down fast flowing chutes and waves, walking behind some breathtaking waterfalls and of course jumping off those jaw dropping waterfalls.
