Caving with Alex Jones

The team braved the cold as they swam across Scotland’s most famous Loch, hiked and cycled some of the Lake District’s most famous passes, battled the Porth Yr Ogof cave in Bannau Brycheiniog (Brecon Beacons) National Park and finished with a cross-country run across the hilly Welsh coast around the Gower and Swansea.

These photos are taken of Alex and the mums facing the challenge of the famous Porth Yr Ogof cave, one of the most famous caves in the UK. We were delighted to help with the challenge which included abseiling into the cave and tackling challenges such as the Letterbox and toilet!
