Your Weekend Adventure

Friday – Arrive & Unwind

Arrive at our 73-acre adventure centre and settle into your accommodation before meeting the rest of the group.

We’ll kick things off with a relaxed welcome and introduction to the weekend, before giving you time to explore, unwind and get to know your fellow adventurers.

Then it’s time to switch off from everyday life and settle into the weekend.

Think fresh air, good food, great company and a campfire under the stars.

Saturday – Walk & Get Wild

Morning: Guided Mountain Walk

Start the day exploring the spectacular landscapes of Bannau Brycheiniog on foot.

Our guided walk takes you away from everyday life and into the mountains, with incredible scenery, fresh air and plenty of opportunities to stop, take it all in and capture a few photos along the way.

The route will be chosen to suit the group and conditions, so you can enjoy the adventure without it becoming an endurance challenge.

Afternoon: Canyoning

Now for the main event.

Get ready to get wet.

Canyoning combines scrambling, climbing, swimming, sliding and jumping as you make your way through one of South Wales’ spectacular gorges.

With experienced Adventure Britain instructors leading the way, you’ll be challenged to step outside your comfort zone, embrace the elements and probably laugh a lot along the way.

You won’t stay dry. You will have an incredible time.

Afterwards, head back for a hot shower, some downtime and a well-earned evening together.

Evening: Eat, Relax & Relive the Day

No rushing off anywhere.

Enjoy an evening with your fellow adventurers, sharing stories from the day and making the most of being somewhere that feels a world away from everyday life.

Sunday – Slow Down & Reset

Morning: Outdoor Yoga

After a full day of adventure, Sunday is all about slowing the pace.

Start the morning with a gentle yoga session surrounded by the landscape of Bannau Brycheiniog.

Stretch, breathe and reset after your weekend of walking, climbing, swimming and exploring.

It’s the perfect way to finish an adventure weekend — feeling relaxed, re-energised and ready to head home.
