You can change these activities if they don't suit your requirements. For instance you can substitute quad biking with climbing, caving, paintballing or clay pigeon shooting to name but a few. Please note if you decide to change the choice of activities it may impact price and transport options.

Lighting a fire

Bushcraft and Survival

Survival skills are skills that will help you to survive in dangerous situations or in dangerous places such as jungles and deserts. Skills such as firelighting, finding and making a shelter are usual areas to cover.

This course will raise your awareness of how reliant we are on modern conviences such as a kettle. This introductory activity will provide you with basic bushcraft survival skills.

Our canoeing sessions are based in South Wales, 25 minutes north of Swansea and 45 minutes west of Cardiff. We use a number of rivers, canals and lakes in the area. It is an fantastic way of viewing the Welsh countryside.We can also arrange canoeing trips to other parts of the UK for fun or training purposes.

Clay pigeon shooting involves clay circular targets, known as clay pigeons being catapulted into the air to imitate pigeons, or shot along the ground, to imitate rabbits, by ‘traps’, small machines that propel the clays at speed. Competitors then attempt to shoot the clays pigeons using shotguns. This is a great group activity.

The best way of describing our activity is a river adventure . With our guides, you travel through a steep sided gorge following the course of the river by various ways and means. This can involve sliding down rapids, swimming down rapids, floating down fast flowing chutes and waves, climbing beside waterfalls and of course jumping off those adrenalin pumping 20ft ledges into deep pool.

Welsh Whisky distillery

Whisky Distillery Tour

Your guide will take you through the malt whisky production process. They will describe the stills and distillation process used by Scottish, Irish and Welsh distillers and learn why this particular process is so unique. Learn about different types of whisky from malts, Bourbons and Tennessee whiskies. Have some fun and games nosing and tasting before viewing the exhibition area and sampling more products.
